Feel more calm, confident, capable and connected.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re dealing with ongoing stress, pressures and overload that comes with having to play so many roles all at once. You can’t stop worrying over everything, either because you’ve been let down too many times by others, or maybe there’s just no one there to help you. You’re feeling frustrated that you keep second guessing yourself, and recently you’ve made a few mistakes that led you to realize things need to change. You’re feeling exhausted, isolated, and on the edge of a breakdown.

  • You’ve found a way to be successful in your career or business but you’re constantly dealing with anxiety and a persistent fear of failure. Your thoughts are on a ongoing spiral of how you don’t deserve your success; you’ll never measure up to others; or how you could’ve done something better, faster, or sooner. Maybe in business you’re creative, motivated, and respected by others but you can never feel okay; constantly criticizing yourself and pressuring yourself to do better. Feeling sick to your stomach and head pounding with the nagging thoughts that you really aren’t good enough and everyone will figure it out eventually.

  • You’re always trying to prove yourself but never receive recognition or respect from them. You try to talk to friends and family, but it ends up with you feeling hurt and judged instead of getting someone to finally listen to you and understand your point of view. Often feeling lost, stuck or trapped in bad relationships with family, friends or partners. Dealing with a lifetime of being ignored, put down, ridiculed, and feeling bad about yourself. Or maybe you’re always expected to help out and do for everyone else, with no expectations for them to be there for you. Often being told "you're too sensitive" "you always want to be the center of attention" "you need to get over yourself" "why can't you be more like your brother or your sister ?” Or  ”you're so dramatic”.

  • You wish you could just stop thinking about what happened to you, but the memories of the experience creep in and take over, no matter how much you try to avoid them. And it seems like no one understands what you’re dealing with so you feel cut off emotionally from others, misunderstood, and judged. You try to keep calm, but things keep happening to confirm that you can’t let your guard down. Fighting back the overwhelm, stress or panic feelings while pushing through to keep up appearances that everything is fine.
